I’ve spent the last two decades helping big companies talk to their employees like real people. From leading enterprise intranet migrations to launching global employee engagement platforms, I’ve worked with Fortune 100 brands to turn complex communication challenges into clear, actionable strategies that actually move the needle.
Most recently, I led a consulting team that supported some of the biggest names on the planet — including Amazon, BBC and Pfizer — on everything from digital comms strategy to social advocacy, platform optimization and data-driven storytelling. I’ve managed remote teams, built high-performing programs and helped executive leaders not just communicate better — but connect with their people in a way that builds trust and drives results.
When I’m not deep in content strategy or simplifying a communication platform rollout, I’m co-running a travel agency franchise with my best friend. We specialize in planning stress-free, high-quality vacations for people who don’t have time to obsess over logistics — or want a real human (hi!) to help make their dream trip happen. It’s part passion project, part business move and fully aligned with my belief that life should be as enjoyable as it is efficient.
I’m also a firm believer that your job title shouldn’t be your financial plan. That belief led me to build Nine-to-Mine — my platform for helping corporate professionals diversify their income without burning their careers to the ground.
And because I don’t believe dinner should require 12 ingredients and a therapist on speed dial, I also run Julie Cooks Things. It’s low-effort food content with high-reward vibes.
I’m always working on something. If you’re curious, you're in the right place.
